Our Policy
At Health-Blossoms, we strive to support your journey towards personal growth and well-being. To maintain a professional and respectful environment, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice - Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need. Late Cancellations and No-Shows - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. This fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Emergencies - We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please inform us as soon as possible. Each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of Health-Blossom. Recurring Appointments - Clients with recurring appointments must adhere to the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Consistent late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your recurring appointment slot. Rescheduling - To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time. Refunds - Prepaid packages and sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from Health-Blossom. Communication - All cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made through our official communication channels: email (info@health-blossom.com) or phone (555-123-4567). Text messages and social media messages are not considered valid forms of cancellation. By booking an appointment with Health-Blossom, you agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
